Amitinder is a registered physical therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. He has extensive work experience across many speciality areas of physical therapy including sports and orthopaedics, paediatrics, post-surgical rehabilitation and total joint replacement rehabilitation.
His personal interests include advanced diagnosis of posture and muscle imbalances which may lead to chronic pain, work and sports injuries, treating headaches, neck, shoulder, lower back, hip, knee, and ankle disorders.
He is a certified practitioner of Dry Needling (ACCDN) from Acupuncture Canada. He is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Rehabilitation.
Amitinder is also Certified for Manipulation of the Spine and peripheral joints.
Amitinder’s treatment philosophy incorporates manual therapy, exercise and education along with pain management and posture correction strategies.
He was a professional cyclist himself and brings that experience into his practice as well.

Vrushali Sheth is a registered physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people overcome pain and injury to find joy in movement and maintain an active life. Vrushali received her bachelor’s degree from Rajiv Gandhi University India. She moved to Canada in 2015 and has been working as a registered therapist since 2018. She has 8+ years of experience from India and Canada in orthopedic physical therapy treating patients with acute and chronic pain, overuse and sports-related injuries, and post-surgery.
She believes in bridging the gap between traditional rehab and the ability to move and perform optimally, as well as empowering and coaching her patients to work towards goals that are most important to them.
